need help in understanding the creation of custom build reports as well as parameterized input + charts creation.

I noticed this question was unanswered. I hope you got the answers. Just in case, here are some resources on how to build custom reports:

The reports being black and white could be changed under Configuration/user preferences/Themes/Print/Report -monochrome (change it to Color).
