OptiPlex 780 - memory upgrade - 4GB Hyper X Fury Kingston HX316C10F/4

I am trying to upgrade my OptiPlex 780 with HX316C10F/4 = 4GB DDR3 1600, but not able to boot up. Tried putting 2 pieces in DIMM1 and DIMM2 or DIMM3 and DIMM4, not working.

Tried updating BIOS to A15, not working.

I don't mind if it's slower to 1066, but if it's not working, I am disappointed as I am not able to return the RAMs :(.
