Dell Venue 8 3840, not holding charge, under warranty, unable to find where to send for service.

I am so frustrated with the Dell website. I verified my Venue 8 3840 is under warranty, but I cannot locate any place to start a return process. I even found the online repair form, but they will not accept it without a Dispatch number, which is generated by a tech support agent. I cannot find any link for a tech support agent, after 2 hours, I will ask for mercy help. PLEASE! I do not want to throw this product away or stop buying Dell, I have always had such good experiences in the past. Can anyone point me in a direction? I'm out of patience with their web site.

Try phoning or emailing Support. Phone and email info here, assuming you're in USA.  

If not, change the country/region down in lower right hand corner (in the blue box) to find the right contact info.

Either way, have your Service Tag available.
