How to change the boot sequence on an XPS 8900
I press F2 (or F12, same result) while booting and go to the boot order menu. I don't see a list of devices, just the Microsoft Boot Manager. How do you specify booting from a different drive than the installed C: ?

Figured it out.
After hitting F2 during the Dell Logo , I got into the bios. I had to disable secure boot. Then I enabled Legacy Boot. Saved the changes, then restarted the computer and hit F12 during the Dell Logo. Then it show the devices you can boot from.
Not the most intuitive if you are used to the non UEFI Bios.

Yep, I did the same bios changes and everything worked the way I needed.
