XPS15 Charging from external power bank via the thunderbolt port
I have an EasyAcc 20000mAh / 74wh external power bank with a USB to thunderbolt cable that I think should charge my XPS15 when I connect to the thunderbolt port. When I plug it in and turn the power bank on the screen goes bright and the computer thinks it is going to charge. Then after a minute the screen darkens and tells me that the laptop is not charging.
Is this an EasyAcc issue or are there restrictions on what we can use to charge the laptop?

From my experience there are no external battery packs powerful enough to charge this laptop. The only charger that works (quite well too) is the google pixel 2 60w charger
