Dell deceptive practices ON A SAMSUNG 40" LED TV

I ordered 3 tvs from Dell and there was suppose to be a 150.00 per tv E gift card for EACH tv as it was on the ordering page when I ordered so I called today and was told by someone who I could barely understand that all I would get is 0ne $150.00 e gift card. How can you change  from what the gentleman told me? Why would I pay 349.00 for 3 Tv's knowing that the actual tv is selling all over the net and in big box stores in the past for 217.00? I think Dell has really stepped their game down and if this is the way that customers are treated  your market share will surely decline. Plus to add insult to injury I was transferred to the "return dept" and was on hold for 45 minutes to someone answered and I told him I wanted to speak with some one in corporate but he had no such number. how convenient.I feel like dell has stooped to deceptive and underhanded tactics and as someone who has been involved in it decisions this is just another reason TO SWITCH TO hp.
