Broken charging port. On my Dell Venue 8 Pro
I have nursemaided this port since the day the unit was purchased. The plastic bar that holds the terminals inside the unit just chipped off, on the end. Now you have to wiggle the plug to get a connection and hope that it doesn't get bumped. Or it will stop working. I am referring to the USB receptacle inside the tablet.
Given the many complaints, in the community section. I want a new part free and installed free!
Alternatively replace my unit at no charge.

Good luck with this. But if you're beyond the warranty period, good luck with Dell covering it for free . . . .
Repair services do exist for this port issue, at an economical price. Search on eBay for "Dell Venue 8 Pro repair".
