BATTERY HEALTH UNABLE TO RETRIEVE
HI MY LAPTOP DELL15 3521 MODEL HAVING PROBLEM WITH BATTERY .I RAN DIOGNASIS IN BIOS MODE SHOWS ERROR CODE AND VALIDATION NUMBER.LAPTOP RUNS WITH THE HELP OF ADAPTER ONLY.HERE IAM ATTACHING PICS OF DIOGNASIS SCREEN.
AFTER COMPLETED DIOGNASIS TEST DISPLAYS THIS SCREEN
PLEASE HELP ME THIS ISSUE ITS PROBLEM WITH
THIS ERROR CODE DISPLAYS IN DELL SITE

Make sure that the battery is properly seated and rerun the diagnostics. |

THOSE ALL ABOVE THINGS I TRIED STILL SAME PROBLEM AND ERROR IT DISPLAYS.FINALLY LAPTOP NOT WORK WITH BATTERY IT'S WORK WITH AC ADAPTER ONLY.WHATS PROBLEM I CANT UNDERSTAND...HARDWARE OR BATTERY
PLEASE HELP ME

Thanks for writing to us.
What is status of battery in BIOS and also inside windows?
If re-seating the battery and updating the BIOS didn't help , then it looks to be a problem with the battery.
If feasible, please try this battery on another machine or this another battery (only if possible).
Also do let us know the status of the ac adapter in BIOS.

Another means to check battery health is to download (free) HWMonitor. If you open and go to the bottom it doesn't tell you of issues, per se, but it will show you the wear level and how much charge your battery can still hold. It also displays the original design capacity that the battery is reporting.

hi already i retrieved battery status using windows command mode.i will give u my battery details pls tell me that battery damaged r not.

hi hema just now iam giving reply that adapter status.And iam retrieving battery status in windows using command prompt.i will give that battery information,may be it helps to identify the battery condition

Hi, Looking at the status, the battery looks to be fine, it could be a loose connection between battery and motherboard . As the battery is charging fine and is powering up the laptop, we feel there is nothing to worry about.
meanwhile is it possible for you to try this battery on another machine?? and then run the test again.
Also please run the online diagnostics tool from our support site and check if it comes up with same error.
