E6410 Some keyboard keys stopped working
hi,
days and days and days i have been searching for a solution , vainly .
some keys stopped working suddenly like up , and left arrows , and home , and end keys .
it happened before , and it worked again .
i used a diagnostic software , and the keys do not work .
need helllllllllp please .

If you are still having the problem I suggest connecting an external keyboard to the notebook to test and see if you have the same problems? Does the problem occur on both the built in keyboard and external keyboard, or just the built in keyboard?
If you find that the external keyboard works fine and the problem is only with the built in keyboard then you may need to replace the keyboard. If you are in the US and the system is still under warranty I will be able to help and I will be sending a friendship request so I can get your information needed to process a service.

i do not know what happened , i installed kaspersky antivirus , and ran scan , and it's working even before the scan finished .
may be it's the reason , may be it's not .
P.S. : I tried to scan for my keyboard issues through your dell website with testing tools , it took hours and did not work , i felt very very bad support .

I think the best test for keyboard issues is to try another keyboard, so I understand that it may have been difficult finding an online test, I apologize for the frustration. So the keyboard is working ok now, that is great news and I thank you for the update.
