I have tried replacing the file and typed regsvr32 wsock32.dll in CMD but it either says that the file is not compatible with 32-bit or 64-bit regsvr32.exe or it says check whether it is a dll file

KESHAV YO,

You may want to contact the game manufacturer. Like Natakuc says the game may not be compatible.
