screen inverter for latitude e6430

Hello, I am trying to replace the screen inverter for my latitude e6430 its a slightly older model 2012'ish . I am having trouble finding what screen inverter it is supposed to have. The problem I am having is that my computer is completely black screened, but if you shine a light on the screen you can see that it is still displaying there is just no back light to light the screen. While doing a little research online I found  the problem most likely seems to be the screens power inverter. If anyone could help me out in pointing me in the right direction for a inverter it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This model uses an LED backlight (as most systems built in the last few years do).  There is no inverter, since there is no CCFL bulb to power.

It's either the screen itself that needs to be replaced or the mainboard that's the faulty part - start by replacing the screen.  If that doesn't solve the problem, replace the mainboard.

All E6430s have 14" panels, and the panel itself is LCD.  The backlight however is LED - not CCFL.

Part of the screen is behind the bezel, which means the viewable image size is less than 14".

Thank you! the only other question I have now is all the screens I see for it are 14''. When I measured the screen it is 12'' across. maybe the screen is as well but the laptop total is 14''. This is what I found on amazon:  http://www.amazon.com/LATITUDE-Laptop-replacement-Display-Screen/dp/B00FN99QZI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1465142252&sr=8-2&keywords=dell+latitude+e6430+screen+replacement but it even says lcd screen. Thanks once again
