Inspiron 14z 5423 BIOS A13
I find it quite disturbing, as a loyal Dell customer, that Dell isn't providing/making available, a BIOS upgrade to allow my laptop to move forward with the Windows 10 upgrade.
Now, I pretty much have an expensive piece of hardware that has no value going forward.

Have you tried upgrading to windows 10 with A13? Did it not work? I've upgraded many older laptops to windows 10.
