Mx15 killer wireless card issues, not connecting to the internet

Hi

I have an issue with my laptop, i have the killer wireless card installed for internet access and now it says connected but with no internet access. It wont even let me hotspot my phone

This laptop is new as well, im pretty disappointed to say the least

I have tried troubleshooting and fixing errors but this fails

Can someone urgentlt help
