Hello. Dell provides 2 Conexant audio drivers for Win10, for the Inspiron 15R SE 7520. Try both and see if one has the feature you want to use.
Version 1.0.52.0 -- Oct 4 2013
and
Version 8.54.40.50 -- Feb 3 2016
If you currently have the newer driver, you should completely remove it before installing the older one.
1. Open the Device Manager (find it in the Control Panel, or type devmgmt.msc into the search box).
2. Expand the "Sound, Video & Game Controllers" section.
3. Right click on the Conexant High Definition audio driver.
4. Click "uninstall."
5. Put a check mark in the option to delete the driver software, and then ok.
6. Restart the laptop. Because you removed the Conexant driver files, Windows will install its native audio driver, named "High Definition Audio Device".
Go back to the Device Manager and confirm that "High Definition Audio Device" is installed. When it is, you can install the older Conexant driver. However, depending on which version of Win10 you have, it might automatically update it to the newer driver.

Hello. Dell has released only one Windows 10 Realtek audio driver for the 15R 5537: Version 6.0.1.7525
If you had a different version of Windows you might have to go back to it in order to get the WavesMaxx software to work correctly. Or performing a "clean" installation of Win10 might help.

Dell has released several Win10 audio drivers for the Inspiron 5559 [note that it is not listed in the support pages as one of the "15R" series, so not sure if we are referring to the same model].
Realtek 6.0.1.7548 -- release date 8/21/2015 [64-bit]
Realtek 6.0.1.7628 -- release date 1/13/2016 [64-bit]
Realtek 6.0.1.7737 -- release date 4/6/2016, [32 and 64-bit]
