I sent a for repair X.P.S 80 days old.

I called premium support and they told me to send to replace a C.P.U cooling fan not working. After 8 days I got it back. Now I have a bad mother board and some other issue. Sad then you get the run round from support and will not give information to upper management. My computer been down for over twenty days and this what is called premium support. For get getting one in Texas it is a black hole for getting contacts there.
