The first thing to do is to use the WSUS Offline Update to patch your Windows 7 install.

There are variants in the wireless card and graphics card. I'll need the hardware IDs to identify them:

Hello.
Install the Intel Mobile Chipset driver and restart the laptop.
Next install the Realtek audio driver.
If you still have no audio after installing those, please reply back with some details about the problem, for example was the audio working before you re-installed Windows? What else have you tried to fix it. An error messages? Etc.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply, however we would suggest you dont put information on a public forum.Kindly private message .
Just to confirm the issue ,even after you have updated and installed the driver the audio issue is not resolved.
Kindly let us know if there are any error messages.
Thanks
Robin

Go to device manager, then click sound, video and game controllers. Choose your driver and then disable it, restart the laptop and engage driver again. Good luck
