When did the issue start?
Just in case, have you tried updating the audio drivers from our support site?
Do you get the windows log in sound?

Thanks for your reply. There is no audio in my desktop including window log in sound. This issue started around two months back. Please help me to update audio drivers.

3020 models do not by default include a business speaker.

Generic Audio Drivers do not support the internal Business speaker.
Reinstall the OEM Audio driver.
This package provides the driver for the Realtek combined High-Definition audio codec and is supported on Precision, Latitude, OptiPlex running the following Windows operating systems: Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1, 32 and 64 bit.More details
