Dell Latitude E5430 Intel ME
My Dell Latitude E5430 doesn't have Intel ME. How can I fix it? Can I flash Intel ME?

If your system supports VPRO, there'll be a setting in Setup (F2 at powerup) to enable it.
If the system was ordered originally without VPRO, you will need to replace the mainboard with one that supports VPRO.

My System is Non-VPro. But, your solution is not really a solution. There should be a way to flash Intel ME Firmware.

But Bro. VPro is nothing to do with Intel ME. Intel ME is shipped since the days of Core 2 Duo.

These systems are built with boards with and without VPro. It IS possible to re-enable VPro if it's disabled when the system is initially setup (though it's not easy), but not if the board is built without VPro.

You may want to do a bit more research before making that claim. VPro is a superset of the Intel AMT/ME now - and these systems were built both with an without it.
