Dell XPS 15 9550 flashing light
I just changed my motherboard, but unfortunately the light Infront of the laptop keeps flashing. It flashes orange 2x and white 1x. Any idea what this code means?

Thanks for writing to us.
Looks to be an issue with the memory or the memory slot.
Try re-seating the memory modules and then with one module at a time. If still the same, the probably the slots are faulty.
Have you replaced with same type of motherboard? Provide us the part# please.

The laptop doest not power on again. I still get the lights though.
Motherboard Part # = LA-C361P
Laptop Service Tag = <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>

It seems that XPS 15 9550 has a hardware design issue. My laptop died last night without any warning. I have bought it just one year. I called the service support and I was told it might be motherboard fail.
I wonder that Dell has known this problem already. I strongly suggest that Dell should recall the product.
