Latitude E6530 very slow after Windows 10 install.

I work at a technical college and we are doing Windows 10 deployments.  The Latitude E6530 is on Dell's list of compatibility for the Windows 10 Anniversary update 1607.  I upgraded one of these laptops for a faculty person and after upgrading it is very slow.  I updated the latest video, network, chipset drivers and still the laptop takes a long time to bring up the login screen.  The laptop got even slower after encryption with Microsoft Bitlocker.  Is anyone else having similar issues?
