Will this Graphic Card work on my Dell Optiplex 745 Minitower?
Hi.
Do anybody knows if a EVGA Geforce GT 710 2GB (Single Slot, Low Profile) (www.evga.com/.../Product.aspxcan work on my dell optiplex 745 305W PSU without problems?
My system specifications:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo e6300
RAM: 4 GB 800Mhz DDR2-800
PSU: 305W
Actual Graphic Card: AMD ATI Radeon X1300 PRO
Graphic card slot type: PCI-E x16
Hard Drives: 1 SSD and 1 7200 rpm HDD.

It will work but being X8 it will only run at X1 speed.

I use a PCI-E X16 port

Putting an X8 card in and X16 slot is not making it faster.
The bios will see that its not X16 and clock it down to X1.
