Dell Venue 11 PRO - not charging

Hello -

Upon boot, I get an error message that I do not have the authentic Dell Charger plugged in (which I do). I replaced the charger, usb, and battery with no change in error message. The battery drain is fast and it takes about 2 full days to get full charge. I am out of options.

Please help.
