Dell inspiron 15 5578 Monitor become dark
I have bought a Dell Inspiron 15 5578 model 7 months ago. It was functioning good. But a week ago suddenly the monitor became dark from both side like attachment. Is it for hardware problem? or software problem? What is the solution?

Looks like a backlight problem - call for a warranty replacement of the screen.

Please restart the computer & tap F2 to get into bios & check if the issue persists.
