Contact Tech Support Israel
Hi, I bought my Alienware from Germany, I have a problem with the system memory, and I have to change the ram, but upon opening the tech support I get the German contact, and not the Israeli one.
How can I contact the tech support here, in order to get this fixed?

Hello! First you will have to transfer the warranty from Germany to Israel. You can do that by following the instructions located here.
