U2410, Windows 10, Intel HD Graphics Family

I have a problem, my Dell U2410 is not recognized by win 10 (No HDMI Cable) on the monitor is shown. The mystery is that this graphics card recognized my Dell P2217H monitor, i have update driver for GPU but no luck so far. My other laptop with Win 7 recognized U2410 really easy, it was real plug & play.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this annoying issue?

 Thanks in advance

So the U2410 works on the Windows 7 computer, but not the Windows 10 computer? What is the specific make/model of the Windows 10 computer ? Desktop or Laptop? XPS, PRecision, Inspiron, etc.

Hey Chris, thanks for responding.

Yes U2410 is working on Win 7 runing on HP Envy with intel R HD Graphics 5500 driver version 10.18.14.4029

U2410 is not working on Win10 runing on Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series with intel HD Graphics, driver ver 10.18.10.4558 and

U2410 is not working on Win 10 running on Lenovo Yoga 2 model 20344, Intel HD Family, driver ver 20.19.15.4642

And all laptops are working fine with Dell P2217H, I have updated GPU drivers on all laptops...

Thanks in advance

It is very doubtful that the U2410 is defective on a hardware level. This appears to be a Windows 10 operating system or driver issue. Of course, we never tested/validated this 2010 monitor on Windows 10, so many unknowns. On the two Windows 10 computers, run the free Intel Driver Update utility. When finished installing the drivers, reboot and retest.

I tried to update driver and on both laptops i have same error "Intel Hd Graphics-this computer does not meet minimum requirements" and Driver Update utility has found those drivers.
