after update bios a12 problem still exist.

Hi katoon,
Thanks for posting.
You will have to contact the cell phone carrier who issued the SIM card for instructions on how to unlock it.

I asked dell support and he answer as below.
"Hi
Please remove and install the wireless driver
update Bios aloso "
I just have time to update my bios yesterday and result show in my last post. you can notice before and after bios update network diag result is not the same. it look like driver or bios is mismatch.
Before i updated win 10 1703, this sim can connect longtime. i will open case to dell support soon.
