Slim 540s has no power.

Ok, it was a last week that my computer was down suddenly.

I was trying to reboot it, but after Dell logo came up on screen, it la down again.

Waited a few minuets, it's back on for 3 mins and down again.

After that, it acts like crazy, turns on and off be itself a few times.

I had to unplug the power cord from power unit to completely off.

No beep sound. It's just down itself.

I had extra power unit, tried but same issues.

I had extra hdd, tried but same issue.

I had extra motherboard, same issue.

What else could be the problem?

kkkkhhj,

Run the diagnostics on the computer to see what the results show.

The Dell™ Diagnostics utility is a hardware diagnostic program placed in the utility partition on the hard drive. The diagnostic utility is also available on the Dell ResourceCD.

Express Test — Performs a quick test of devices. This test typically takes 10 to 20 minutes and requires no interaction on your part. Run Express Test first to increase the possibility of tracing the problem quickly.
Extended Test — Performs a thorough check of devices. This test typically takes an hour or more and requires you to answer questions periodically.
Custom Test — Tests a specific device. You can customize the tests you want to run.
Symptom Tree — Lists the most common symptoms encountered and allows you to select a test based on the symptom of the problem you are having.
