Ordering issues and no help over the phone... Help please
So I recently received a Dell Outlet Inspiron 15 - 5565 scratch and dented. When i received the laptop the front of the case was opened slightly, not snapped together all the way, and there is a refurbished sticker on the bottom. Shouldn't a scratch and dented laptop not be refurbished and not be opened? So I called Dell support and they said that I ordered a refurbished laptop, even though I have proof that I ordered a scratch and dented one and they would not provide any help.
Plus the quad core processor that I ordered should be "up to 3.4GHz" but my computer is listing it at 2.5GHz. Is this just a setting issue or should did they send me the wrong one?
Help please, I am feeling like I got swindled.
