I need to send in my laptop for repair while still under factory warranty
Where do I send the laptop if it is not working? My husband had the computer in Ecuador for a few months and said it had never worked properly and had been showing signs of a faulty drive. This laptop was bought at Best Buy in March and of course we need to to use the warranty protection as long as it is still within the year since it was purchased.

Thank you writing to us!
We would suggest you to run a complete diagnostics on the system .Also Private message the service tag and email address as this could be a Hard drive failure and might need a service call that needs to set up.
