Help! Reboot message on Dell Inspiron One 2020

My hard drive was replaced on Dell Inspiron One 2020 All In One, now when I turn on my computer, I am getting reboot and select proper boot device message. How do I fix this? My computer was originally operating Windows 8 but was upgraded to Windows 10 Professional here just recently. Do you have to reinstall something? I read somewhere you have to have discs but I don't have any discs. I did not receive any recovery discs with my computer and the Windows 10 Pro upgrade was done via online thru Microsoft.

KO9,

You will need to reinstall the Operating System, Drivers and Software.

You can click the link to download Windows OS.

Hi Jesse L,

Thank you for responding. The links you provided will allow me to make a recovery disk? I will have to go to my sister to use her computer to download since my computer won't go past the reboot screen? Can you provide specific instructions on the process? I am computer illiterate, if you can't already tell.... LOL!  On the Windows Backup, will I need the key that was provided for the Windows 10 Pro upgrade? Or do I need to go back with the original Windows 8?
