Dell E6440 - Plugged in - Not charging.. Desktop mode? how to disable

Team

I believe I have the Useless "Desktop mode" enabled.. how it happened I have no clues.

But I cant find anywhere to disable it..

My battery meter shows 56% plugged in but not charging.

I've been googling for about 4 days now and tried numerous things - all relate to Inspiron, nothing to do with Latitudes.

Ive tried checking power options, right clicking on the battery icon on toolbar, checked control panel, tried installing quickset (which wont work on this machine), I've tried everything google has to offer

I have a fresh install of Windows 10 on this laptop and installed all drivers I could find..

Any clues as to what I need to install? or where I can find this shi+ option that nobody would use?

Thanks

Dell Latitude E6440 - Windows 10 - SSD etc.

You need the Dell customized drivers and software for your model. Go to Dell downloads here:

Thanks for the reply.

Is there a specific name for this app, as that page has nothing called customized drivers.

I think I'm going insane...

All the drivers there are dell customized or approved drivers. Allow Dell to check your computer for drivers by selecting the Guide Me tab.
