Inspiron 3847 motherboard upgrade

I want to know what to look for to know if a new motherboard would be.compatible with my cpu

Dells are proprietary.  This isn't supported ever.

You can probably find another board but will also need to replace:

The case

the power supply

the heastsink assembly and fans

Along with purchase a retail copy of Windows (the OEM copy will activate only on the Dell board).

Case,power supply and gpu has been changed i want to know if the mother board only has to have a 1150 socket or i need to look for something else

You'll need a board that supports the CPU you have -- not all 1150 boards have the same CPU support.  And as above, you won't be able to re-use your existing Windows license on a non-Dell board.
