Dell XPS 13 9360 touchpad problems
Hello everybody!
I bought an Ultrabook Dell XPS 13 9360
On the laptop does not work touchpad, on the forum wrote that helps to replace the motherboard! Is there really no other way to bring the touchpad driver to works?
In the "Device Manager" section, the touchpad has an error (10), it can not start!
Diagnosis of the device does not detect errors...
Thanks for help!

Try USB port external mouse if laptop touch pad is not working. When you will connect it to your laptop USB port suddenly pointer will appear on your screen now you can remove external mouse. You will find cursor working properly now. if still, it's not working then please click here Laptop touchpad not working

On the diagnostics, were these run on the Dell site or outside of Windows? And when you're outside of Windows, such as in the BIOS/Diags etc does the touchpad work there? Lastly, does an external mouse work?
Can you also share the thread showing this?
Best regards,
