Error for installing Dell System Detect software

I went to Dell to find the right driver for my sound card. Dell Support requires I install their System Detect software but I get an error message (see below). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Or.....

Type Device Manger onto [Cortana] search box, stroll down to " Sound, Video and Game Controllers" and then expand it. Right click driver and then update it.
