Dell Desktop Inspire stuck with Preparing Automatic repair and not start up.On year ago this computer updated from window 7 to window 10. But yesterday this computer can not start up and stuck with Preparing Automatic repair. I try to start with USB window 10 installation media. It does not work. So what I should fix this computer?

Thank you for your message.

Has there been any recent software changes like Windows updates, game or anti-virus installation?

Restart the computer & when at the Dell logo turn off the computer using the power button, do this 3-4 times &  you should be taken to the advanced repair screen from where you can try to reset the computer.

Once on the reset screen follow the steps on this link http://dell.to/2wCLdjG to reset the computer.

For my record, please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
