laptop battery
2 days back I bought dell laptop battery for my inspiron 15R 5520.
the battery code is CN-0NH6K9-48630-66D-O0TU-A02
Can you please tell me if it is original and how old thr battery is ?
and now it is not charging

The battery serial number CN-0NH6K9-48630-66D-O0TU-A02 is a valid Dell part and 5 months old.
Please boot into BIOS and check what is the status of the battery listed as.
Please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your email address.
Note: please don't mention the service tag or email id on the public forum as it contains your personal information
