It depends on what you plan to use it for. It should work if your plan is to use the drives as storage devices. It will not, however, work if your plan includes using the M.2 NVMe drives as boot devices - this system is too old to support booting from an NVMe device.

My plan is to use it as a bootable device on the PCIe 3.0 x4 port. As I understood how the motherboard has UEFI it is possible to use it. It's possible?

Windows 8 and 10 UEFI class 2.3.1 and secure boot ARE NOT Supported on this model Nor is NVME . PCI-E booting. It is not supported and Not possible.
