I ran battery report on my XPS 13 2-in-1 (9365). I'd like to know if the capacity drop from 45.9mWH to 39.9mWH in less than three months is ordinary or a sign to complain that battery is defective?
After few more months, the battery report shows that battery INCREASED capacity that dropped again. I get real life of around 5 hours on this, nowhere near what was advertised for Dell XPS 13 2-in-1

You can safely take manufacturer-published battery runtimes and for a real-world estimate, divide by two.
It's normal to see the capacity fluctuate - pinpointing it isn't an exact science.
