Screen does not turn on(dead?)
I am using a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520. One week back screen suddenly went black when I was working on the laptop. I tried to turn off the laptop and turn it on. But it won't turn off using the long press on power button.I removed the battery to turn it off and put in the battery back and turned it on. The power buttons glows, the power led,battery led and the wifi led glows.But the hard disk Led does not blink.Screen does not show anything and laptop does not turn off when I long press the power button.Could you please help me.

Please run the Diagnostic tool on the system by following the steps below:
1. Power off system.
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously. In the menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click it. After quick tests, click Hard drive, and then Thorough Test Mode. Please report back any error code.
