Unlock user account from thin client
We are using Citrix SSPR on our thin clients so that a user can reset his password when they log onto the thin client. However, if the account is locked out, this solution does not provide a way to unlock their account. The unlock option is available if their are able to get to the Citrix Web Receiver but not if they are only logging into the thin client.
Is there a way to have a user be able to unlock their user account in the Thin Client?

When a user launches a session on a thin client and connects to citrix storefront, they may have difficulty if their password has expired. We have set up citrix SSPR to handle that.
But what if their account is locked out? The citrix storefront sspr doesn't seem to be able to allow a user on the thin client to unlock their account. They can unlock the account if they use the Citrix Web Receiver. Is it possible using password self-service programs to unlock an account on a thin client?

How did you get Citrix SSPR to work? We are able to get the SSPR questions to respond, but each question is taking over 5 minutes to change to the next question. Obviously we are missing something in the configuration

We are having the exact same problem. Every question takes about 2 minutes to come up. Did you ever figure out the fix for it? I've looked everywhere and have tickets open with Dell and Citrix.
Any assistance is appreciated.
Thank you

Any update on this? 8.6 works; however, using 9.1 I just get a grayed out box.
