Inspiron 15 7000 (7567) Gaming (2017) Windows TaskView laggy

Hi all,

I recently purchased an Inspiron 15 7567 gaming laptop from Dell and have encountered a few issues.

Computer Specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700HQ Kabylake

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB

Memory: 8GB (1x) DDR4

Storage: 1TB HDD + 128 GB SSD

Problem:

First problem, I press Windows' TaskView, it is laggy, Next one is, I watch YouTube while I am coding. A YouTube video is intermittent freeze. I found that System.exe took high CPU usage while it was freezing. I tried to re-install Windows, Intel HID Event Filter Driver, Intel HD Graphics, nVIDIA Geforce Graphics Driver, System BIOS. I can not fix these problems.

What should I do?

Thank you all for you help in solving this issue!

I will check mine to see if it happens there but I don't have your drive configuration. (500GB PCIe SSD + 500 GB 2.5 in.SSD)

Have you checked the Resource Monitor to see if you can get more info as to what might be using the CPU?

I checked mine while watching an online video on one desktop and other apps on the other view.  I use the four finger slide to change views.

I have not noticed any lag.  But I also am not showing the high CPU usage.  I do see such things at times and are usually the TIWorker checking system files, or something scanning the system or indexing.  This type of activity will happen when the system is not busy.  I do not know if "not busy" has anything to do with being on a second desktop.

I also have more memory than you do which could be involved..
