Replacement HDD in Raid 5 options. Failed Virtual Drive

Hi I am looking for replacement HDD's for a failed drive in my server, Its a Dell PowerEdge T110 ii, with 3 x WDC WD5003ABYX-18WERA0 in Raid 5 configuration, One of the drives has failed and took out the Virtual drive, the Virtual drive now says FAILED

I need to replace the failed drive with, I assume a like for like drive, But, what options are available that would fit as a replacement

WD Re 500GB 3.5" SATA Datacentre Hard Drive (WD Gold)?

WD Black 500GB 3.5" Desktop SATA Hard Drive (WD Black) ?

Would any of the above be suitable and a simple swap? the server is a small business DC with File server and Exchange server roles

No. Get another WD RE4.

RE stands for RAID Edition, newer versions of the RE (Gold included) have not been validated by WD (or Dell) for use on PERC controllers.

The Black should be used in workstations, not servers.
