Dell UP2414Q, unable to connect with XPS15 9550 win10

I got this new UP2414Q monitor, I tried both thunderbolt3 (xps15) to displayport (the monitor) and hdmi(xps15) to hdmi (the monitor) and both of them did not work. I was also installing Dell Monitor Driver Installer from C:\Dell\Drivers\XVH9H however it shows

The following connected monitors have been detected:

Sharp Plug and Play Monitor - SHP143E

Drivers for the following monitors have been found:
Dell UP2414Q (DP) - DEL409C
Dell UP2414Q (HDMI) - DEL409B

Drivers for the following connected monitor can be installed:
None

Please connect your monitor before running this program.

And I also installed Dell Display manager, the newest intel graphics and nvidia graphics driver from DELL driver website. But there is just nothing going on the monitor screen. And I cannot see any other monitor detected in the device manager except the 'Generic pnp monitor'

For the monitor OSD, i can only choose HDMI/mini DP/DP, only these 3 options are available and I cannot get into the menu (see the photo)

In addition to the above, what DisplayPort cable are you using? Not all cables can reliably carry the bandwidth required for 4K @ 60 Hz. And have you successfully tested your cable and adapter with any other display, preferably another 4K display?

You don’t want to use HDMI because the XPS 15 only has HDMI 1.4, which isn’t enough for 4K @ 60 Hz. For DisplayPort, what adapter did you use to connect it to the USB-C/Thunderbolt port?

And in terms of the OSD menu, typically one button displays the input selector interface and a different button displays the full menu. Check the manual for that display, which you can find on support.dell.com.

The manual is here fast.ulmart.ru/.../686254.pdf but still I couldn't find a way to get to the main menu, as it is always in the selecting HDMI/DP/mini DP menu and there is no button to exit

Well Page 25 of that manual shows what the full OSD is supposed to look like, so if you can’t access it and can’t get any sort of picture to display, then you may simply have a bad display. Sorry!
