Switch PowerConnect 5548 em loop ( Reiniciando)
Olá,
Possuo um switch Dell PowerConnect 5548 S/TAG 9QBH7M1 que está em looping inicia e reboota constantemente não tenho mais acesso via web/cli somente via console que mostra o seguinte erro:

Consegui atualizar o firmware para última versão disponível no site "https://www.dell.com/support/home/br/pt/brbsdt1/product-support/servicetag/9QBH7M1/drivers"
Algo que possa ser feito? Peço a ajudas dos amigos.
Agradeço a atenção.
PS: Já atualizei o firmware em 3 versões diferentes até a última.
PS: Caso similar "http://es.community.dell.com/support_forums/network_switches/f/67/t/5344
PS: Já tentei a opção [2] Erase Flash File informando "config" mas também não surtiu efeito.

Olá, Daniel.
Pelo que você já expôs de modo bastante completo, não acreditamos ser possível recuperar este switch. Trata-se de algum erro acontecendo após o carregamento do sistema operacional presente na flash(firmware). Pelo que você falou, você apagou a flash e instalou o último firmware, portanto não há possibilidade de uma imagem defeituosa ser carregada na memória durante o boot.
Será necessário acionar o processo de troca em garantia. Felizmente, seu switch possui a garantia Lifetime contra problemas de hardware. Não haverá problemas em você solicitar via chat ou 0800 este tipo de suporte.
Contudo, cabe lembrar que o suporte por telefone está com o contrato vencido desde o ano passado. É aconselhável você rever estas questões contratuais com o seu representante de vendas. Possivelmente outros equipamentos adquiridos na mesma época também devem estar descobertos.
