Alienware 17 R4 - Tobii Eye Tracking not detected in "Device Manager".
My Tobii Eye Tracking worked well when I got my Alienware 17 R4 , but after several months, it dosen't work and shows someting like "no Eye Tracker connect".
I tried several ways, like:
uninstall all Tobii software and re-install the latest Tobii Eye Tracking software.
update divers of my labtop.
Update the System Bios to version 1.1.9 or higher from the Drivers and Downloads page.
Now it shows like these screenshots:
Please tell me what can I do?

I already installed this BIOS update before several times yesterday, it didn't work.
But today I rebooted my labtop, it detected in "Device Manager" but till showed "no Eye Tracker connected".
What should I do?

Try with the steps given on dell support site ,
How to fix this issue?
When meet this issue,you need to manual add the write privileges on Tobii folder via below command:
Example: ICACLS %programdata%\Tobii /t /grant Alienware:(OI)(CI)M

Uninstall the current version and install this one:

You will also need to update your Realtek Camera driver:
