Alienware 14 Ghosting Problems
So i bought this notebook for gaming... And i can not play some games because it has keyboard ghosting/jamming. Is it normal for all the users of this type of notebook or my alienware has a defect?
I cant play binding of isaac nor surgeon simulator because it doesnt detect all the keys at the same time

Hi Elseledonio,
Can you describe your problem a little bit more? Is this a physical problem, like the keys are stuck after using them?
Have you tried re-installing the game itself?

For example..., if I press the keys "A" "W" "E" "R" "Space", the key "space" doesn't work, also, if i press "A" "W" "Left Arrow key", the "left arrow" key and the "W" key dont work

Does this happen in safemode? If you have Windows 8, check this article to know how to access it.

Seems like the keyboard needs to be replaced. Do you live in the US or Canada? If you do, add me as a friend and send me your service tag through a private message. If you live in another country, contact your local tech support for service.

So I want to talk with states tech engineer that
1. Is New alienware 14 has key ghosting problem? some of labtops? or all of laptops?
2. Is there a way to fix?
3. Is The USA have no issue with New alienware 14, 17

I have a new 18, and it too has the ghosting issue.
I had a tech out yesterday, and no fix. Was told by the tech that he thinks all the new ones have the problem and that it is a design fault. I could not get a proper response when I phone support.
They have agreed to a refund. I am thinking about it. Tech that came around said that many have received refunds because of the issue. They are not fixed for purpose.
If I knew a fix was on the way I could wait. But as I said I could not get an answer to that question.
