Hi All, I have a M18X R2 with two HD7970Ms but suspect one of them is faulty as
the two outputs are not in sync - i.e. vertical hold roll in appearance. HD
7970Ms are hard to come by now it seems. Does anyone know of a more current
replacement? Thanks

yea i would assume a 7979 would be hard to find.. since they dont exsist..lol so im asusming you meant the 7970's
regardless not sure what u mean by outputs being in sync they all run on the same card so.... anyway
if you want to swap out cards..

i had 980M's as upgrade.. unbelievable difference from the 7970's let alone the 680's (i had 7970's and 680's)
just need to make sure they have a dell bios otherwise will have issues . i know the upgrade kit i got i spent over 2g's cnd but was worth it .lol
