Alienware 14 Bluetooth suddenly become Unknown Device
HI Dell,
I cannot install my drivers for bluetooth. I've got no Idea what "activate bluetooth using wireless switch " means.
I keep turning my wifi on/off and it doesnt work :(
thanks

You can check if the Bluetooth it’s enable in the BIOS.
As well you can try to install the driver from the device manage, doing a right click in the unknown device, then up date driver.
Let me know how it goes.

Have tried everything you said.. Im trying to reinstall the driver but it seems i cant get thru the switching wireless. The only option i thinking of now is install winddows again.. Sigh! How did this happen? I didnt even uninstall any driver.!

Backup your unique data files.
Call phone support.
They will talk you through uninstalling the old driver and clean installing latest new BT driver.
Finally using Dell Restore Partition if required.
