Hi,

The Alienware 13 supports 2 M2 NGFF TLC SSDs (they are smaller than the regular SSDs) and 1 2.5 inch SATA 3 SSD. I believe the one you are inquiring about has different measurements, I don't think it will be able to fit.

That will not work in a 13.  You need an m.2 type ssd- like this

I have two of these at the moment.

Question. Do you have an HDD or SSHD in your 13 already, or do you have an SSD, which would be M.2?

If the former, then any of the SSDs you have linked should work. If the latter, then the M.2 linked should work.

Yeah, either of the 2.5" SSDs you linked should work. I'd get the V300 since it's thinner.

Hi m0rg0o7,

Yes, that SSD should work with this system but you would have to remove your primary HDD and insert it on that slot. You can only have one 2.5 SSD installed in this system, the other 2 slots are for the M2 SSDs which are the small ones that look almost like ram sticks. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi, so just to clarify, can you fit one 2.5 ssd AND two m2 ssds in the Alienware 13? From the videos posted on the Alienware Services youtube channel it looks like you either fit the 2.5 hdd/ssd or the m2 assembly at the same spot, but not both at the same time.

One 2.5" SATA drive (SSD/HDD/SSHD) OR two M.2 SSDs (size: 2280).
