According to your Dell Product Support page, Dell unfortunately doesn't list any drivers for windows 8.1
Support for Inspiron 10z 1120 | Drivers & downloads | Dell US
However, you could use the System Restore tool on the system to go back to an earlier time before you deleted the display driver.
